paul-weberPaul N. Weber is a local product having graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1985. Then during a distinguished 20-year career with the City of Newburgh Police Department he became a graduate of Quinnipiac University, earning a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Quinnipiac School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor.

Mr. Weber began his legal career as a trial attorney for a large personal injury firm and eventually opened his own practice in 2005. During his solo career, he focused his areas of practice around matrimonial law and personal injury. His practice then expanded into the areas of estate planning, debt collection and no-fault arbitrations.

Mr. Weber is also an experienced appellate practitioner and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.

He is a frequent lecturer of police officers on a variety of legal topics including Constitutional Law, Search and Seizure, and the Penal Law.

In 2011, Mr. Weber joined Joseph J. Artrip to form the Law Office of Artrip & Weber.

Mr. Weber is a member of the New York State, Orange County and Dutchess County bar associations and the New York State Defenders Association.
